Warranty & Repair information

Watches are sold as shown and described with 120 days guarantee on timekeeping issues. Watches are sold as is, and in the case of any fault with any watches after delivery they will be covered by warranty given by Planetwatch.

This warranty cover does NOT cover damage caused by buyers misuse or accidental damage, does not cover water damage.

Warranty is declared VOID if buyer opens the back of the watch within warranty period or gives the watch to watchmaker not authorized by PlanetWatch for repair.
PlanetWatch only covers own watchmaker to perform service on the watch and all repairs covered by warranty must be performed by PlanetWatch own authorized watchmakers.

If buyer has any questions or doubts of the watches operations, functions, or any other issues, he/she should e-mail planetwatch at :planet4watches@aol.com or call 07865075633 for any enquiries regarding watches operations or instructions prior to operating or setting the watch.

This watch comes with a 120 days Mechanical warranty.  This warranty does not cover accidents or abuse, batteries, the strap, or the buckle.  The warranty is void if the crystal is broken, or if the watch has any signs of water damage.

Most of the watches we sell are pre-owned.
If you receive an item from us that is broken or not as described it is imperative that you contact us prior to having any work done to the item.  We will not refund any fees incurred for repairs to a watch repaired outside our company.

Any repairs that a watch needs will be completed by our watchmakers and then returned to the customer.  Any repairs done outside of Planetwatch will result in the warranty being void.

We never guarantee that any of the watches we sell are waterproof or water resistant unless agreed in advance and watch is specially tested/sealed upon special request at additional cost.

The customer is responsible for shipping to our main Planet4Watches
address. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in same
condition as when delivered. We cannot accept merchandise for
return or exchange if the watch purchased was worn, scratched, sized
or any of the following are missing or damaged:
Original  packaging from Planet4watches.com (must be intact)
All of the manufacturer's included accessories (If provided)
All included warranty cards and papers (If provided)

Any product which proves to be defective within 120 days of delivery
may be returned for repairs without incurring charges. Planet4watches.com
will cover the cost of returning the repaired items. Merchandise that
arrives damaged requires special attention, contact us immediately in
such case. For overseas shipments, eg.USA, all FedEx shipments are
covered up to $ 500, so in case of damages during shipping this will be
used to repair the items locally, due to the return shipping and customs
charges, we don't give full warranty for USA and Asia, here the receiver
must cover the return shipping costs and customs fees.

Warranty area fully covered:
United Kingdom &  European Union.

Limited Warranty area (buyer must cover shipping & customs fees):
USA, Asia, Australia, Africa, Middle east, North & South America.

IMPORTANT: Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from the time we
receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed.
Note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.

Goods must be returned prior to refund. Please note that if
there are any problems with the watch, that  this is covered
by our 4 months guarantee and does not qualify for a full
refund. In this case the watch must be returned after first arrival
for repairs.


If the watch has been found to be opened or tampered with,
the mechanical warranty becomes null and void and the watch
 is not returnable nor will any refund be issued.

After the watch is returned to us we will inspect the watch to
confirm that it is in the same condition as prior to we sent the item.
There will be a
£10.00 Processing Fee for All Bank Wires. 
All bank wire transactions fees must be covered by the buyer,
both for sending and receiving bank.

Paypal is subject to 3.0% handling fee.

120 Day Mechanical Service Warranty Terms:

This warranty is to cover the proper mechanical operation and
functions of our watches for 120 days, to include reasonable
good time keeping.

This 120 day warranty does not cover misuse or abuse of the
watch.  It does not cover dials, crystals, bracelets,  straps,
crowns,  or stems. The determination of misuse or abuse is at
Planet4Watches.com's sole discretion.

Misuse and abuse includes dropping the watch, submerging the
watch in any substance, more than usual wear and tear.

We do not guarantee any of our watches to be waterproof.

To use your warranty please mail your watch along with cover
for shipping, insurance and handling.   Please include a note
describing the symptoms of the watch, your address, daytime
telephone number, and a copy of your receipt.

We will always do our best to reproduce the watches and jewellery to the best possible quality over the internet, but due to limitations, this is not always possible. All watches Online have small images, with larger images for better quality and view of the image. This has be done so the smaller images download quicker on the pages.
