Conditions of sale:
1. These conditions govern all contracts made by Planet4Watches.com (herein after called The Vendor)
2. English law shall govern any disputes arising out of the sale of any items referred to in the catalogue
of the Vendor
3. All orders are accepted on the basis that payment is made prior to the delivery of the item by the Vendor.
4. All watches and jewellery offered for sale are in working order unless otherwise stated. Please
study the full description of the item to check its features and condition. See Descriptions.
5. IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR WATCH OR ITEM OF JEWELLERY, BECAUSE IT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED OR IN THE CONDITION AS DESCRIBED, JUST SEND IT BACK STRAIGHT
AWAY FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 24-HOURS OF RECIEPT OF GOODS, LESS POSTAGE- NO
QUESTIONS ASKED. POSTAGE CHARGES CAN BE CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER.
5a. All prices quoted on goods for sale on the website are excluding delivery, delivery costs can be confirmed at the time of order. Prices for insured delivery vary depending on weight and value but
generally to send in the UK most items would cost £8 - £10, Europe £15 to £40 and the rest of the world please ask for the postage costs. (delivery costs WILL be confirmed at the time of the order)
USA by Fedex approx. £55, maximum insurance $ 500. Package can be tracked online.
Insurance: All items sent to you are insured UK maximum 2500 Pounds and US & EU maximum
$ 500 by us. If you need to send or return anything to us, you should arrange to cover them under
your own insurance. If you need additional insurance for shipping you will need provide this yourself.
7.Credit Cards can at the moment be accepted only trough Paypal. All customers need to be verified
and confirmed members, UK and EU citizens must be Internationally verified members and have
confirmed address, we only ship to confirmed address.
8.Clients may prepay by banker's cheque, wire transfer; Western Union, all cheques must be
cleared before goods are released. (Only UK cheques accepted)
9.We regret that we cannot accept any C.O.D. or on approved orders.
10.Overseas orders are only accepted on the basis that the customer shall in addition to the cost of
the item be responsible for the cost of package and carriage to it's place of delivery.
11.The Vendor reserves the right to amend listed or quoted prices and specifications without notice
having to be given to the customer.
12.The Vendor shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss or damage or injury
of whatsoever nature or for any consequence of any such loss, injury or damage arising out of, or
resulting from any cause whatsoever beyond the Vendor's reasonable control.

14.All prices are stated in pounds sterling, overseas customers please contact us for conversions.

15. As with most pre-owned watch dealers, unless specifically stated we cannot guarantee the
waterproof seal on any watch unless the watch is factory sealed. This can be arranged at cost
price if required.
16. Every watch guarantee is subject to the following conditions:- 120 days warranty -
1) that the watch will be maintained in good going order during the period in which the watch is
2) the guarantee does not cover, overwound, injured or unfair use, water damage, breakage of
3) damage being caused by neglect, being dropped or any other causes.
All the watches I sell have been checked and come with a 120 days guarantee (as good as the
original watch) every watch has the original dial, case and movement (unless otherwise stated).
All watches on leather straps will be supplied with a new or like new straps (unless it is the
original strap and then this will be left on the watch for authenticity’s sake).
The images shown on this site are the actual watches for sale, all digital photographs are taken
by us and ARE NOT manipulated in any way.
If you would like to buy a watch contact us via e-mail and we will hold it for you for 3 working days,
by the end of this period we should have received payment from you.
If any watch is opened during the 4 month warranty period, the warranty will cease immediately.
The only exceptions are if the watchmaker is known to us and I have given permission in advance.
Planet4Watches.com will only accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, and only if accompanied
by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on
the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by e-mailing us. Returned
merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. (limit £300 / $570)
The customer is responsible for shipping to our main Planet4Watches address. All returned or
exchanged merchandise must be in same condition as when delivered. We cannot accept
merchandise for return or exchange if the watch purchased was worn, scratched, sized or any
of the following are missing or damaged:
Original packaging from Planet4watches.com (must be intact)
All of the manufacturer's included accessories (If provided)
All included warranty cards and papers (If provided)
Any product which proves to be defective within 120 days of delivery may be returned for
repairs without incurring charges.(Postage charges not covered)
Planet4watches.com will cover the cost of returning the
repaired items. Merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention, contact us
immediately in such case. For overseas shipments, eg.USA, all FedEx shipments are covered
up to $ 500, so in case of damages during shipping this will be used to repair the items locally,
due to the return shipping and customs charges, we don't give full warranty for USA and Asia,
here the receiver must cover the return shipping costs and customs fees.
Warranty area fully covered:
United Kingdom & European Union.
Limited Warranty area (buyer must cover shipping & customs fees):
USA, Asia, Australia, Africa, Middle east, North & South America.
IMPORTANT: Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from the time we receive your package
for returns or exchanges to be processed. Note that we are not responsible for returns lost
by the shipping company.
Goods must be returned prior to refund. Please note that if there are any problems
with the watch, that this is covered by our 3 months guarantee and does not
qualify for a full refund. In this case the watch must be returned after first arrival
If the watch has been found to be opened or tampered with, the mechanical
warranty becomes null and void and the watch is not returnable nor will any
refund be issued.
After the watch is returned to us we will inspect the watch to confirm that it is
in the same condition as prior to we sent the item.
There will be a £10.00 Processing Fee for All International Bank Wires. All bank wire transactions fees must be covered by the buyer, both for sending and receiving bank.
