Accordingly, the Royal Mail guarantee that your item will arrive between 8.30am and 13.00pm on the next working day. All our deliveries are insured against loss or damage, up to a maximum value of £2500.00.

Depends on payment method, items will normally be shipped 1-3 days after payment has cleared.
Items will only be shipped Monday to Thursday for the UK, to avoid storeage at Royal Mail over the week end.
